Licensing options at OrganizationMetrics

In regard to financing options for our TMS products and services, we provide two primary licensing options - Subscription and Perpetual Licensing.

Subscription Licensing is much like leasing where, for a monthly fee, you have the right to use TMS for a specified contract period.

• Available for all our deployment options such as on-premise, hosted and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
• Generally offered over terms of 3 to 5 years.
• Usually used by clients who regard Talent Management projects as budgeted under operational expenditures (Op Ex).
• Often the preferred option for clients that prefer a steady cost schedule (versus declining costs schedules).
• Sometimes used by clients who are seeking only to cover their needs for a foreseeable period of time.
• Standard Maintenance and Support services are included in this licensing fee, while extra levels of services are also available at additional charge.
• As applicable, additional services such as extra support and refresher training can be included in our one monthly fee.

Perpetual Licensing is much like purchasing where, for a one-time payment, you have the right to use TMS for as long as you wish.

• Available for both the on-premise and hosted deployment options (not SaaS).
• Often used by clients who regard Talent Management projects as budgeted under capital expenditures (Cap Ex).
• Usually used by clients who wish to see a declining cost-of-ownership over time.
• Normally used by clients who are seeking long-term solutions and relationships.
• Standard Maintenance and Support services are included for the first year of this option and can be renewed annually thereafter.
• As applicable, additional services such as extra support and refresher training are billed once annually or as needed.

Also note that for both Subscription and Perpetual Licensing we offer the same world-class Warranty, Maintenance and Support, and Service Level Agreements, as applicable.
