Further, based on regulatory and compliance requirements, more and more organizations want to carefully track compensation and performance of employees. For both reasons, human resources data is as carefully guarded as financial information and is considered to be critical to the success of the company. This means that most global brands, unlike small to medium enterprises, will only consider an on-premise solution for their talent management requirements.
Accordingly, OMI has an established implementation methodology that ensures all processes are reviewed, configured, and integrated with external data feeds. This approach assures that organizations are up and running within days, or weeks, and that privacy and security policies are maintained. This rapid deployment time is benefit that has often been cited as a compelling and unique differentiator for OMI.
Deployment Options
We offer our customers three options for implementation, deployment and maintenance of the software. Choose the one that fits you - or start with one, and move to another option as your needs change.
In the hosted delivery model, the vendor implements and operates a unique and separate instance (code and database) of the technology platform at its facility (or third-party facility) for each customer.
Our Solution, maintained at your site by our IT department or our Solution, maintained at our site by our IT department. This is essentially the same solution as the Enterprise Offering, but with maintenance and support provided by OMI personnel.
In the SaaS delivery model, the vendor hosts and operates the technology platform at its facility. The application is offered in a multitenant architecture with all of the vendor's customers accessing a single code base.
For some companies, often small to medium sized enterprises (SME), SaaS or On-Demand Software is very attractive - your up-front costs are low, there is no on-premise installation, and no need for your staff to support the hardware and software. Your information and data are safe behind our firewall, and you just use your web browser to log onto the application server that is maintained at our data center.
As your company grows in revenues and size, you can choose to continue using our SaaS offering, or upgrade to our Enterprise deployment.
