Leadership Team

Scott joined OrganizationMetrics (OMI) as President and CEO in November of 2005, bringing with him more than fifteen years of executive management experience in the HR and technology fields. Under his leadership, OrganizationMetrics has grown from a HR consultancy company with a handful of customers to one of the world's most respected providers of global talent management software.

Scott's depth of knowledge in the talent management market and extensive experience with global sales and business development has been instrumental in forging a strong vision and new direction for OMI. As President and CEO, Scott focuses on positioning the company in global markets, strengthening its partnerships and building its customer base.

Over the past eighteen years, Scott has held leadership positions with organizations providing HR solutions to Global 2000 corporations with a specific focus on international recruitment and performance management. His industry experience includes financial services, high technology and manufacturing.

In 2005, after recognizing the enormous business potential in applying OMI's technology to HRM globally and across various industrial sectors, Mark Perry became one of its principal investors/owners. In his role as COO, Mark is responsible for all financial and operational facets of the company, along with all the Support and Development teams within OMI.

Mark has over 15 years of combined management experience in the Manufacturing, Construction and Oil & Gas Industries, with his past activities based in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. His career includes leadership roles in operations, project management, quality and engineering with large multinational companies, and has helped launch world-class manufacturing facilities, petroleum refineries and the Hibernia offshore oil project - all totaling over 8 billion dollars of investment and employing thousands of people.

Brent joined OMI in 1994 and quickly became an innovator and visionary with deep domain knowledge in the talent management industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Brent leads the company's Research, Development and Quality Assurance teams. In this role as thought leader, Brent builds, manages and motivates his team to innovate and take best advantage of new technologies and changes in market direction. As a result, the team delivers highly competitive products and leading edge solutions for the global talent market. Brent's long tenure with OMI gives him a solid understanding of OMI's products and solutions, our customers and of the global talent management market.

Brent's work designing OMI's Talent Management solutions for Johnson & Johnson, International Finance Corporation, American Express and many other global brands has made him well-versed in Talent Management best practices and in the application of technology to maximize the return on Talent Management initiatives. Some of Brent's more recent R&D endeavors include the application of work flow analytics, user interfaces and social networking to advance Talent Management practices.

Peter is the key driving force in the development and implementation of OMI's product architecture, strategic vision, and product infrastructure as well as serving as a chief architect of OMI's TMS product line.

Prior to joining OrganizationMetrics in 2008, Peter was a founder and CTO of a web marketing company which developed smart sales and marketing technologies using artificial intelligence. Peter was an early adopter and evangelist of Application Service Provider (ASP) technologies, including distributed web services, encryption, metadata, and technical documentation, and is an active contributor to international standards organizations. In his over 17 years experience in software development and architecture, Peter has held senior management and engineering positions at major technology companies and research institutions.

Thom Hayward directs OMI's advertising, marketing and branding strategies. He is also responsible for developing and managing the company's public relations activities. Thom joined OMI's management team to utilize his extensive marketing and advertising skill and experience to quickly and effectively expand OMI's brand recognition and market presence.

Thom has over twenty-five years experience as a creative and sales executive in the technology, marketing, advertising and media fields. Prior to joining OMI, Thom held partnership positions in two highly successful marketing and advertising firms with clients in diverse industries such as retail, technology, consumer electronics, automotive, wireless, energy, finance and viniculture. He specializes in analyzing market trends and helping companies to brand themselves and substantially grow market share in short time spans.
